We’re back!

You might have been wondering where we disappeared to, or you might not have. Either way we’re happy to announce that we’re back and excited to bring you new weekly blog posts and fun!

We owe you an explanation

We’re sorry

And here it is…

Caring for our mental wellbeing should always be our priority. Neglecting it can have severe consequences on our health and to those around us. As parents you might often believe that you should consider your child’s health before your own but how could you properly care for your child if your mind isn’t there?

I take pride in the level of care I provide to each and every client and so when my mental health needed a little TLC, I listened to it. I took some time off to recharge my batteries and clear my head and now, ready to return, full of ideas, I’m cracking on and starting this off with a series on mental health. Stay tuned next week on a post on ‘what is mental health?’ Until then, take care of yourselves with one of our lovely recommendations (we’re not affiliated in any way, these are just TLC products that I personally enjoy):

This lovely sheet mask creates bubbles as you wear it, tingling your skin (in a good way) and then leaving your skin smooth and radiant. Turn on Netflix to your favourite show or play your favourite chill out playlist on Spotify, relax for 10 minutes whilst the bubbles do their work, and enjoy the new feeling on your skin.
